Health and Nutrition is what my life is all about. In 2009 I was at a top weight of 228 pounds. I was ready for a change in my life. I started my weight loss journey in January of 2009 and by August of 2009 I had lost 90 pounds. I was down 138 pounds, down from a tight size 18 to a size 6. My journey didn't stop there. My weight loss inspired me to continue and help others. I started going to school in August of 2009 for a degree in Nutrition, Strength, and Personal training.
After that things in my personal life changed and I became a single mother after 7 years of marriage. I poured myself into working out and eating right and got down to a size 2. The difference is only about 10 pounds and exercise. I am still continuing my college education and work full time.
I believe in eating healthy but also being able to enjoy the little things in life. It's the little changes that make healthy eating easy.
